According to the survey, over half of the Norwegian population had subscriptions or bundles to digital music services. Therefore, paying for streaming music was the most preferred type of access in 2024. 

How much do Norwegians stream music?

In 2020, more than ** percent of individuals interviewed in Norway streamed or downloaded music the same amount as the previous year. Almost one quarter of respondents even indicated to have used online music services more. In total, ** percent of Norwegians streamed or downloaded music on a weekly basis.
