Other popular filter coffee brands in Sweden included Löfbergs Lila and Arvid Nordquist Classic coffee. During that year, Gevalia coffee costed on average ** Swedish kronor per kilogram in retail shops. The price lied above the Swedish average price for a kilogram of filter coffee (** Swedish kronor per kilogram).

 Roasted coffee 

     In the period from 2007 to 2017, the volume of roasted coffee consumed in Sweden fluctuated. As of 2017, Swedes consumed nearly ** metric tons of roasted coffee. During that year, the per capita consumption volume amounted to *** kilograms. Coffee enjoys great popularity in the country.  

 Coffee consumption in the Nordics

     Among all Nordic countries, the per capita consumption volume of coffee was highest in Finland as it amounted to ** kilograms per person in 2017. By contrast, Norway was second in the ranking, reaching a consumption volume of *** kilograms of coffee per person. It was followed by Iceland, Denmark and last Sweden.
