Data is based on the answers from shippers or clients of 3PL providers (41 percent), 3PLs or logistics providers (43.4 percent) and a small number of academics, technology providers, consultants and others (15.6 percent). The respondents were part of small to large sized companies (based on revenue), with headquarters in North America (64 percent), Europe (11.6 percent), Asia Pacific (14.6 percent) and other respondents were based in South and Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
