Respondents living alone accounted for the highest share of those who did not consider buying organic food. Meanwhile, organic food was the most attractive for households with children, ** percent of respondents preferring organic food and ** percent definitely or potentially considering purchasing some. Overall, the attractiveness of organic food has increased in Finland over the recent years. According to the survey, the main reasons for buying organic food included cleanliness, quality and healthiness.
