This statistic shows answers to a survey question about the use of trade credit for SMEs in the Netherlands in 2019. In 2019, approximately 71 percent of the Dutch respondents answered trade credit was not relevant to their enterprise. Factoring is another form of corporate finance and less common in the Netherlands then, for example, Belgium. In 2016, the total market volume of online alternative finance platforms in Belgium reached a value of approximately 51.5 million euros.
