Tourism professionals' outlook for global business travel 2022-2023
According to a survey conducted in different countries in January 2023, around nine in ten of business tourism professionals were optimistic about the recovery of their industry from the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This was the highest level of optimism recorded since January 2022. By contrast, percent of survey participants had a pessimistic outlook on the matter in early 2023.
