Smart meter users in Great Britain were generally more confident in their decisions around energy, and more trusting of their energy supplier, according to a survey conducted in 2021. At the time, ** percent of smart meter users believed they paid the right amount for the energy they used, compared to ** percent of respondents with a traditional meter.
