Where does Czechia’s electricity come from and where does it go?

The main two sources of electricity production in Czechia are coal and nuclear power. The coal plants, which can be found mostly in the north or far east of the country, generate the most electricity. However, they are also responsible for significant amounts of CO2 emissions.
