In 2021, an important number of people in France reported attaching importance to environmental, social and ethical issues in general when it comes to investment decisions. However, 63 percent of French adults reported never having heard of Socially Responsible Investments (SRI) before. Only nine percent of the whole sample and ten percent of people having at least one savings product knew precisely what SRI was and were able to define it properly.
