This statistic shows the change in carbon dioxide emission levels of vehicles from different car segment types in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2000 to 2017. Executive type cars had the greatest reduction in CO2 emissions, although their emission levels in 2017 were still relatively high. The lowest reduction was in the supermini segment which fell by 27.6 percent from 2000 to 2017.
