The voluntarily paid living wage in the United Kingdom for 2025/26 will be 13.45 pounds per hour in 2025/26, with this rising to 14.8 pounds per hour for workers in London. From April 1, 2026, the legal minimum wage for those over the age of 21 will be 12.21 pounds per hour.
