The 2011 increase in EBIT may be due to the incorporation of Hochtief Group. The data for 2013 has been restated as a result of the entry into force of the IFRS 10, 11 and 12 new standards. Since 2020, these figures do not include the industrial services segment, which is classified in the report as a discontinued operation.
The abbreviation ACS stands for "Actividades de construcción y servicios".
In 2025, the global revenue generated by the ACS Group reached nearly ****Â billion euros. The figures for 2020 and 2021 were restated following the sale of their industrial services operations. Before that organizational change, the Spanish civil and engineering construction company with headquarters in Madrid generated over ** billion euros in revenue in 2019. In 2011, the revenue of ACS Group nearly doubled as it achieved a majority stake in Hochtief.
