Hochtief - statistics & facts
Hochtief is the largest and most prominent construction company from Germany. It has a very strong presence abroad and a large backlog of orders that was worth over 55 billion euros in 2023. In 2010, Hochtief came under the control of the Spanish construction group Grupo ACS, and in 2013, ACS finally acquired over 50 percent of the company’s shares. In 2023, ACS had the ownership of 75.7 percent of Hochtief's shares.
