The least oxidized teas are presented as the best for health.

Each culture has its own customs related to tea consumption. In Turkey, for example, very hot black tea is served in small transparent glasses, accompanied by sugar cubes. The custom is to offer this tea to guests as a sign of hospitality. In the United Kingdom, tea is often taken with milk. In the United States, iced tea is very popular.
