Figures provided for China do not include films produced without the approval of the Script Approval and Final Publication Office GAPPRFT. Figures for Japan and Germany represent only feature films released in theaters. Figures for the United Kingdom show an apparent decline in film production in 2014, due to the time required to determine film productions with a budget under 500,000 British pounds. Includes co-productions of feature films with foreign investors but not those involving only the editing of visual effects (VFX) in the United Kingdom. Missing figures were not provided by the source. Figures other than for the period from 2010 to 2014 come from previous publications.
