There are significant disparities across the continent. While some North African countries have a connection rate close to 100 percent, others have a lower connection rate, such as Kenya, with a rate approaching ** percent.
It is also observed that some countries are barely connected to the national electricity grid, like Malawi, with only ** percent of households.
