The source adds the following information: "The population targeted by the survey consists of households residing in urban and rural areas whose dwellings are located in electrified zones (e.z) and individuals aged 5 years and older. The reference base is the General Population and Housing Census conducted in 2014 by the HCP (High Commission for Planning). The data used for geographic distribution and sample segmentation also come from recent HCP publications (Statistical Yearbook 2014)."
