* First category: the bullrings in the provincial capitals and cities where more than 15 bullfighting events are held annually, of which at least 10 must be bullfights.
** Second category: the bullrings in the provincial capitals not included in the previous section, as well as those in cities determined by the competent authority.
*** Third category: the remaining ones, with non-permanent and portable bullrings in any case subject to the specific regulations applicable to them.
**** Non-permanent and portable bullrings: non-permanent bullrings are considered to be buildings or enclosures that, even if their main purpose is not the holding of bullfighting events, are specially or temporarily enabled and authorized for them. Portable bullrings are those constructed with detachable and transportable elements, made of metal or wood structures with the necessary solidity for holding bullfighting events. They must, in any case, comply with the safety and hygiene requirements established by the applicable current regulations and conform to the requirements established in the Regulation regarding the arena, barrier, protective screens, and alley.
