The Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, Merco, is one of the reference tools for measuring the corporate reputation of companies operating in Spain. Currently, Merco produces six rankings (Merco Companies, Merco Leaders, Merco Responsibility and Corporate Governance, Merco Talent, Merco Consumption, and the Healthcare Reputation Monitor).
The Merco Companies ranking includes the 100 companies with the best corporate reputation in Spain.
The processes from which the necessary information is obtained for the preparation of Merco Companies Spain are Expert Evaluation, Direct Evaluation, Merco Consumption, Merco People, and Merco People. The scores obtained in each process are rescaled, with the highest-ranked company set to 10,000 and the company in 100th place set to a figure of 3,000 points.
For its preparation, 1,260 members of the management committee, 949 experts, more than 4,000 citizens, 10,134 workers, 806 university students, 867 business school students, 101 HR managers, and 91 headhunters participated.
