The Survey on Alcohol and Drugs in Spain (EDADES) is promoted and funded by the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs and has the collaboration of the Autonomous Communities/Cities. EDADES has been conducted every two years since 1995 through personal interviews at home and using a questionnaire completed with pencil and paper divided into two parts: self-administered and personal interview.
According to the biennial survey on alcohol and other drugs in Spain (EDADES), from the Ministry of Health, the percentage of the population that consumed cannabis in 2024 rose to **** percent, representing an increase of two points compared to 2022.
