This statistic shows the results of a survey of British adults in 2018 concerning different drugs and how harmful each of them are. According to the results of the survey Heroin is seen as the most harmful drug, with ** percent of respondents agreeing it is very harmful. Cocaine, tobacco and alcohol are all seen as being more harmful than Cannabis. Overall, caffeine is seen as the least harmful drug here, with ** percent advising that they don't see it as harmful at all.
