Spanish citizens felt insecure when reporting a case of corruption, according to the results of the Special Eurobarometer ** conducted in the European Union in 2024. Specifically, ** percent considered it useless to report it, as those responsible are not always punished. Additionally, for ** percent, the difficulty of being able to prove their accusation with evidence is a major obstacle. Meanwhile, ** percent state that there is not enough protection for whistleblowers.
