The French Anti-Corruption Agency is a service under the supervision of the Ministries of Justice and Budget. It works in favor of transparency, modernization of economic life, and against corruption. To do this, it supports the competent authorities and the concerned parties (courts, large companies, administrations, local authorities) in preventing and detecting acts such as corruption, influence peddling, embezzlement, illegal taking of interest, misappropriation of public funds, and favoritism.
