A June 2025 survey found that businesses in the Tel Aviv district in Israel had the highest adoption rate of artificial intelligence (AI) services, at some ** percent. The Central district ranked second overall, and first among regions paying for AI system, at ** percent. On the other hand, a total of only **** percent of companies in the Jerusalem District reported using AI, well below the national average. Furthermore, AI adoption rates were highest among technology and financial services firms.
