According to a survey conducted in Japan from October to November 2024, *** percent of general employees and *** percent of department, section, and subsection heads thought that their work will be largely replaced by generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the future. The middle management level had the highest combined share of respondents who thought that their tasks will be replaced to a large or an extremely large degree.
