The value of cross-border investment allocated to commercial properties in New York exceeded *** billion U.S. dollars, outperforming the second-most popular market, San Francisco, by about *** million U.S. dollars. Nevertheless, San Francisco was one of the markets where investment activity in the second half of 2024 outperformed the five-year average.
