EV Prospects are the ones who declare an intention to buy an EV within 5 years, and EV Sceptics are the ones who declare no interest in EVs. 

The survey was conducted in 2024 with over 17,000 respondents who are private customers, representative of the driving population, from 27 countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom, Norway, Netherlands, Slovakia, Hungary, Sweden, Morocco, South Africa, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Czechia, Australia, China, India, Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, Canada, United States, Brazil, Mexico. The source does not specify how many respondents were in each region.

According to a 2024 survey, only ** percent of electric vehicle owners reported they exclusively used cars in their leisure time. Moreover, ** percent of EV owners used the car in combination with other means in their free time. On the other hand, ** percent of EV skeptics who have no interest in EVs answered that they exclusively used cars in their spare time.
