In 2024, around seven in 10 internet users in the United Kingdom (UK) reported to use online apps or websites to reach or book healthcare services. The majority of this audience was comprised of UK consumers aged between 35 and 44 years, as 78 percent of them reported accessing healthcare services through online platforms. Users aged between 25 and 34 followed closely, with 77 percent of them using online tools for medical services.
