As of 2023, 61 percent of new electrified cars bought in Israel were manufactured in China. Vehicles from the United States accounted for 14 percent of the car sales. Carmakers from Japan and Korea, traditional market leaders in the country, altogether amounted to only 14 percent of new electrified vehicles.
