An online survey was launched in October 2023 and was answered by 1,487 respondents, of which 1,354 were filled out by non-BEV drivers and 133 by BEV drivers in Denmark. Questions about Danish participants’ attitude, interest, and the information that could support BEV (potential) drivers were asked.

In a survey conducted in Denmark between ** and ***, over a third of battery-electric vehicle (BEV) drivers considered easy access and payment via their recharging subscription (pass/app) as very important when using a public charging point. Furthermore, ** percent of BEV drivers did not find recharging speed important at all.
