NamX is a Franco-Moroccan startup, founded by Faouzi ANNJAH and Thomas de LUSSAC. With headquarters in Paris, NamX aims to source up to 60% of its Hydrogen Utility Vehicle (HUV) in Morocco, while the power train needs to be imported.

Customers can pre-order one of the 2022 HUVs for 1,000 euros incl. VAT. 

The delivery of the car can be expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

As of 2025, Morocco's first hydrogen-powered SUV, NamX, was priced at 95,000 euros, about 108,307 U.S. dollars for the GTH version. The latter boasts 550 horsepower, 800 km range, and 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. On the other hand, the brand's GT Version was priced 20,000 euros lower, with 300 horsepower, 800 km range, and 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
