In a survey about mental health in the workplace in Ireland, employers indicated their level of agreement with the following statement: “mental health is a personal issue and not one which should be addressed at work”. Overall, the majority of employers across all company types disagreed with the statement. In companies with more than ** employees, the percentage was the greatest, with ** percent of respondents who strongly disagreed and ** percent of respondents who slightly disagreed.
