As of 2020, the most frequently expressed concern regarding telehealth visits among patients between the ages of ** and ** was the absence of a physical examination, accounting for over three-quarters of those who had audio or video visits. The next most frequent concern was the lower quality of healthcare, although the share of concerned patients who had video visits was slightly lower. Overall, patients who had video telehealth visits reported fewer concerns than those who had audio-only or no telehealth visits.
