According to a survey conducted in Australia in 2020, about ** percent of general practitioners felt favorable toward using telehealth in their practice due to the coronavirus pandemic because the Medicare Benefits Scheme supports them to use telehealth. Meanwhile, around ** percent of the surveyed GPs said the changing attitude was because their patients liked the convenience of telehealth service.
