According to a survey conducted in 2022, when asked how much they spent on a standard 0,75 liter bottle of wine in hypermarkets and supermarkets in Italy, the majority of respondents (49 percent) answered with the price range of five to ten euros. Only two percent of respondents said they paid more than 20 euros for a bottle of wine.
