Preferred channels to buy groceries online in Canada 2023
A 2023 survey revealed that third-party grocery delivery services like Instacart were the most popular way for Canadians to buy their groceries online, with ** percent of respondents reporting to have used these services in the last three months. In comparison, only *** percent of respondents reported getting their groceries from dark stores or online-only retailers in the same time frame.
