This is more than ** times more COâ‚‚ than was emitted in 2021 by the five countries most affected by climate change. The biggest emitter is projected to be ExxonMobil, with almost *** MtCOâ‚‚. 2050 is the year in which many countries around the world have pledged to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
