Consumers in Japan were undecided about second-hand homes, as revealed in a survey conducted in 2022. With **** percent feeling no reluctance at all, respondents aged 20 to 29 were most open towards pre-owned homes. However, this age group also had the highest share of respondents feeling reluctant regardless of the condition of the used home.
