Across the five European countries surveyed, Spain reported the steepest year-over-year increase in used car transactions as of the fourth quarter of 2024. Used car transactions rose by **** percent in Spain, compared to a hike of *** percent in Italy. Spain was also the only country to report a growth in new car registrations, while France was the only country to report a decline in both the used car and new car market.Â
