The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) was signed in 2021. It aims to make major investments in U.S. broadband, transportation, and energy infrastructure. The legislation designates around 64.25 billion U.S. dollars for projects relating to clean energy and power. Within this funding area, around 15 billion U.S. dollars are allocated for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Lead Service Lines Replacement. An additional 3.5 billion is allocated to the Indian Health Service Sanitation Facilities Construction Program.
