In most of the states of Germany, the number of new buildings authorized by permits in 2025 was higher than the projects in existing buildings. However, in five states, including **Ìý²¹²Ô»å , there were more construction projects on existing buildings than on new ones. Bavaria was the state with the highest number of projects authorized for both new and existing buildings.
