The figures from 2016 to 2019 were retrieved from previous versions of the report. The total figures were calculated by ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ by adding the amount of bus passengers to the amount of lightrail and tram passengers.

The annual number of passengers transported by the public transit company in The Hague, Netherlands (HTM) increased gradually between 2013 and 2019. In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the transit ridership in the Hague dropped by ** percent compared with 2019 levels. In 2021, HTM's ridership increased slightly and stood at ** million passengers and increased further to ** million passengers in 2022.
HTM also operates public transportation services in Rijswijk, Leidschendam, Voorburg, Delft, Zoetermeer, Wateringen, Pijnacker and Nootdorp, the so-called Conurbation Haaglanden.
