According to a 2022 survey, 13 percent of Italian citizens used phone call or video call to check on their health status, while 57 percent were the people interested on this service. None of the citizens interviewed used a service of tele-rehabilitation, however almost half of them expressed their interest on the service.This statistic illustrates the percentage of citizens using or being interested on telemedicine services in Italy, by type of service.
