Offices with sustainability certification in Central London had higher rental rates than non-certified offices during the period between 2010 and the first quarter of 2021. The source analyzed properties using a hedonistic regression model and concluded that offices with BREEAM Outstanding rating fetched on average **** percent higher rents than non-certified offices. A BREEAM Very Good rating, on the other hand, led to a rental premium of *** percent.
