The Manchester Arena terrorist attack, which occured in May 2017, was one of the worst terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom. Although 70 percent of UK adults thought that the statement "The Manchester Arena attack was probably a hoax" was definitely false, a minority of people doubt aspects of the attack. For example, one in five respondents thought that there was some truth in the statement "The real truth about the attack at Manchester Arena is being kept from the public.", while seven percent of respondents thought that statement was definitely true.
