Though decaffeinated coffee is not completely free from caffeine, it has only about 2 milligrams per cup, which is significantly less than regularly caffeinated coffee. According to a recent survey, **** percent of U.S. consumers reported only drinking decaf coffee in 2023. Many other consumers, however, start their day with caffeinated coffee and switch to decaf at some time in the afternoon. **** percent of decaf drinkers switch to decaf after 4 PM.
