As is to be expected, the share of women who experienced unwanted sexual attention or remarks at work in Norway is higher than among men. Moreover, the share increased among both genders from 2000 to 2019, which is most likely to an increased awareness around the topic in recent years. In 2019, eight percent of female employees and two percent of male reported that they had experienced unwanted sexual attention or remarks at work in Norway.
