As of 2024, the GL1Z and GL2Z LNG plants in Algeria had the highest liquefaction capacity in the country, with capacities of **** and **** million tons per annum (MTPA) respectively. These terminals are located in Oran and include six trains each. All the LNG terminals displayed are owned and operated by Sonatrach.
