The use of virtual or augmented reality tools by potential employers in Germany is a rather new and uncommon recruiting method. Nevertheless, this does not seem to be something that would prevent job candidates from applying for work positions. As of 2020, almost ** percent of job candidates surveyed in Germany believed that the use of these methods during the recruitment process would lend them a more honest image of the potential employer. Furthermore, almost a third of candidates surveyed associated the use of such technologies with getting a more realistic and extensive image of the potential employer.
