The World Anti-Doping Agency regulates the use of illegal and performance-enhancing substances in sports. The foundation, initiated by the International Olympic Committee, reported that the country with the most anti-doping rule violations in cycling worldwide in 2020 was Italy, with 16 violations, followed by Brazil with 10 violations.
